Beer Bottles on shelf focusing on Brew dog bottles with 70's reminiscences

I can’t praise Brew Dog enough for their design-led assault on the beer world. Stealing with pride the exact same message that The Sex Pistols, The Buzzcocks and The Clash brought to the bloated world of 70’s stadium rock, they have built a rich set of visual equities by metaphor and analogy.

One colour labels in the least likely beer colours, a design style that rivals Banksy for urban cool, and a deliberately generic off-the-shelf brown bottle shows thoroughness of purpose and gives massive credibility. Can’t wait to try the pubs – hopefully there’ll be no sign of pretend old tin posters and fake books – I’m expecting a few original copies of Das Kapital…
