LiGA has powered the Dutch for almost a hundred years, but as its take-anywhere chunky square biscuits Evergreen and Milk-Break grew in popularity, the mother-brand started to lose power.
In 2016 we created a packaging design to boost LiGA’s distinctive assets and shelf impact. Avoiding the fashionable hand-made look, the ‘red wall’ increased sales for the first time in years.
The 2020 update simplifies variant coding and boosts appetite appeal, as well as systematising LiGA’s future ownership of more sub-brands.
