This could become the new Sushi, as it offers a wholly different eating experience with plenty of health credibility. In Vietnam where I took this picture it’s clearly aimed at kids, who love nothing more than stuffing a ‘Big Sheet’ into their mouths, as the brand icon encourages them to do.

Over here it will probably be positioned a little differently, as something to impress dinner party guests who have become tired of hummus with Sensations crisps (like that’s ever going to happen..)
